How to Set Up the GEVO Events Calendar

You can set up the calendar so that you only see what is relevant to you:

  1. Campus and who you are: choose the building or programme you attend (Sázavská, Jižní Město, IB DP), then in the View row select who you are (applicant, student, final-year student, parent). The calendar will show the events that apply to you.
  2. Categories: a coloured button means the category is shown. Click it to hide the category (the button turns white), and click it again to show it. The "past events" button also adds events that have already taken place.
  3. Months: click a month to jump straight to its events.
  4. Impact on lessons: the labels next to each event show how it affects lessons, e.g. "no lessons" or "shortened lessons".

Tip: on a computer, you can also switch between months using the ← → arrow keys.
